REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of their interior design, furniture, renovation, or related services by contacting A Creative Interior through the registered contact details provided above.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through email or in writing, mentioning the customer name, booking/order details, and reason for cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
If a refund is approved by A Creative Interior, the eligible refund amount will be processed after deducting 5% of the total paid amount** as cancellation/processing charges.
The remaining eligible amount will be returned to the customer’s *original bank account/payment account*.
3. Refund Processing
Once the cancellation and refund are approved, the refund will be initiated within a reasonable processing period. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the respective bank or payment service provider.
4. Non-Refundable Amounts
Any amount already spent or committed towards materials, customized furniture, design work, third-party services, transportation, installation, or work already completed may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.
5. Cancellation After Work Commencement
If cancellation is requested after design work, material procurement, manufacturing, installation, or other project activities have commenced, the refund will be calculated based on the work completed and expenses incurred, along with applicable cancellation/processing charges.
